As many of you know, I send a memo from time to time in hopes that someone in the organization reads it... it's a long shot but oh well.

***********************Priorities************************
1. Why not just sign Lawerence to a deal? Tagging him is eating up 17.5 million for this year....Do you wanna pay more next year? It's not like someone else is going to come in here and replace him.
2. This whole Dez thing is ridiculous....a simple restructure is in order, Watkins got 16 million a year and he isn't anywhere near Dez's caliber. You can always draft the eventual replacement.
3. You guys screwed the pooch on Scandrick last year when you didn't trade him, he wants to be released and no one is going to trade for him...just release him already
4.I can't urge this enough...this team needs a capable vet backup QB, just reference the season when we lost Romo and we couldn't win a single game with Weeden and Cassel, not too mention what the Eagles did last year when Wentz went down...and yes i'm aware we have Rush...so freaking what!!!
5. Jason Witten has had a nice career, if, in fact, he has an opportunity to do TV...let it be, Its time to move on and find a TE that is an actual threat on the field in the passing game, Witten is just a check down at this point, and not a great blocker either.
6. This should be a make or break year for Jason Garrett, The fanbase has had enough of his on the job training, his incompetence, lack of preparation, in-game non-adjustments, and stubbornness to be more unpredictable on offense.

7. ***Draft*** with 10 picks this year, please consider a small trade up for an impact player, no more high-risk reward players in the first 3 rounds, and most of all BPA.

You could make an impact and help out other Cowboys fans.

Nobody is going to pay attention to your email unless you get their attention first.

This season rent a plane/pilot and skydive into the open roof of Jerry World during a game. The catch is that you must do it without a parachute.

Edit: Do it at the end of the game. We other fans don't want the game to be interrupted.

Just think about how many hours of news coverage it would get. Your emails would be on TV and Jerry would be villianized and forced change. Fans would remember you forever (or at least a couple of days).

To get FO attention you have to obtain media attention. Try to beg, borrow or steal network or radio time to expand your remarks to the Dallas area so that the public puts pressure on Jerry. Jerry responds at times to public pressure so you have to get off the internet and get
on the airwaves if you have any wish to be taken seriously.

about memo's.
They never work and rarely are ever read. And if they are read, they are ignored.
The bigger the company, odds are more they are deleted before they are opened if in an e-mail.

If posted on a bulletin board, do you think people really read it there either ?
handed out to people, tossed in the trash or stuffed under the other 100 memo's never read.

Which I did read your memo though...LOL...and in #10, yes, trade up some, as 10 rookies are not making this team. Trade up to get 6 or 7 players that will make it. Even if 2 are inactive most of the time but still good enough to keep to play in 2019.

I'm with you on just about all of those.

I wouldn't waste money on a vet backup unless they come super cheap. IT's just a waste of money with Garrett and losing and get another Zeke Elliot type player is a better option then drafting in the middle of the first round.

Also, i'm ok with a move up in the first round but i'd rather move back in the first round and then use all of our other picks to get back into the 2nd round as many times as possible because I think the value is so much better.

A 1st and 2 or 3 2nd's would be nice if we could pull that off.
