He is good enough to be a solid #2, but will be looking to be paid as a #1. In other words, too expensive to keep. Probably won't thrive as a #1 elsewhere like Alvin when he signed with the Bucs instead of starring in his role as the Playmaker's #2. Like Alvin, I wish we could keep him. He's likely gone after the season though :(
 
I guess I kinda see where you're going with this, but he and Harper are completely different receivers. Harper was a field stretcher, whereas Gallup is an acrobat.
