We'd have TEs and RBs and LBs blocking for the QB by year's end if a false start equals a waiver. I would penalize stupid errors, but not that extreme.

He was talking about Jimmy Johnson type. I.e. cut some scrub, to make a example. Not Flozell Adams etc.

I agree with him. Like the job layoffs happening all around. Even in the company I work for. Although I know, I won't be laid off anytime soon ( well unless the Company is about to tank), it still gets my attention. Perks everyone up a bit.

Its not about seeing through the trick. No one feels secure about their Job. See Greg Ellis for some consultation on that.

NFL is performance league, you can have big time contract, but that only keeps you on roster for only so long. But hey, what does Michael Irvin know I guess..

1) Tell T.O. if he whines about anything he's gone and then spread rumors to to other teams to make sure no one else picks him up. ALA Jimmy Johnson.

2) Talk to Tony Romo about being accountable in practice and games. If he doesn't work in practice then he won't play in the game.

3) Have a talk with the O-Line and tell them if anyone jumps they stand a chance of getting cut. That would start in the preseason games.

Salary cap or not. He would get control of the team. Take it by the head. If you control the head the body will follow.
