Um... both his legs and feet work. Ran a sub 4.4 and is a real tackle machine that can shed blocks and move through trash to get to the ball. Jaylon can't do any of those things.

I'm not a Penn State guy but from what I have heard, Penn State covered a lot of stuff for this kid. Rumors of a sexual assault on a female, altercations with civilians, an issue while in high school where he yelled out GUN, while law enforcement was in his cafeteria. I guess it caused a riot of some such, I don't recall all the details. There are just some things there and I'm not certain all of it has been made public. No idea how much more.
