Mid Season Observations

So here we are 4-4. A look back and a look ahead....

1. Zimmer must go. He has to be the least imaginative coach I have ever seen. EVERY blitz package is the same. Eliis and Ware off the edge, safety up the middle. It NEVER works, but we keep running it. They cannot stop even average offenses. Indy may put up 50 and thats not a joke.

2. Penalties. Seeing us turn into the Raiders is about to make me throw up. Week after week we are racking up stupid penalties. When you are flirting with 150 yards in penalties, you deserve to lose. This should not be happening half way through the season. Blame falls on BP.

3. The Draft Class has been a bust from top to bottom. Fasano has to be one the worst blockers in the league. Green looks like he is running in mud. I would take anyone returning kicks over him.

4. Spears and Canty have not improved like I thought they would.

5. IMO this is Henry's last year at CB. He will be starting at FS next year.

6. BP is as good as gone and I'm not sure thats a bad thing anymore.

I agree with most but # 5. Before today's game we were all putting Henry in the pro bowl as a corner and BP said himself that "this is the best defensive guy so far this year"

Its a tough loss, all of them have been tough, but I'm starting to get used to mediocrity. It sucks but I'm not getting my hopes up everrrr again for this team.

I agree... No player we've drafted this year has made an impact. At all.
