NFC EAST

Dallas Cowboys (11-5): Tough road games (Minnesota, Pittsburgh) and the Tony Romo dilemma are ahead, but the lead may be insurmountable in an otherwise average division. (Preseason prediction: 5-11)

New York Giants (10-6): With five of next seven at home and some patsies (Bears, Browns) still to come, things are lining up for Giants to snatch a wild-card berth. (Preseason prediction: 8-8)

Philadelphia Eagles (8-8): Their lack of firepower combined with some daunting non-division games (Falcons, Seahawks, Packers) makes .500 seem a reasonable outcome. (Preseason prediction: 4-12)

Washington Commanders (6-9-1): Just when things were looking up, they learn four-game ban of LT Trent Williams coincides with most brutal stretch of their schedule. (Preseason prediction: 7-9)

Nothin but a hatin projection. Our 2nd half schedule is far from cup cake, but we aint going 4-4. And of course they picked us to go 1 and done in the playoffs. lol smh

The Vikings are gonna struggle just to win their division, much less the #1 seed. Their offensive line is flabby and sick.

And no chance in Hell Pittsburgh beats New England in Foxboro. Belichick/Brady OWN the Steelers.

After 7 games the Cowboys look as good as any NFC team, explosive offence that can score quickly and can also grind a defence down over 4 quarters and the D has more than held up their end of the bargain so far this year, looking forward to the rest of the season and hopefully a playoff run that ends with us in the SB against the Patriots ... and we know how well super bowls work out for the Patriots against NFC East opponents.

I am still stuck on there initial prediction of 5-11 for us ----- these people who write these articles seem to know nothing about football. 2015 was a fluke year for sure we lost so many top players at key positions, did they think they were not gonna come back ? SMH
