What does he mean by "late round"? Because I agree that safety and running back can be addressed from the 2nd round and later and I expect it to.

Seems offensive line is the definite pick which is sort of what i've been predicting but is it a tackle? Makes you wonder if there is consideration for a possible trade down.

I see safety no earlier than the 3rd round. If stories are true that they really like what they have in Church and Johnson, then no way they spend a 1st or 2nd on that position. By doing that, that player is suppose to start or play a lot of minutes.

I see OL/DL as 1st priority
WR as 2nd
saftey/RB as 3rd

Good info. Don't think Okafor is a 1st rounder either, and agree on Ogletree. Interesting about late draft value at S. Not sure I agree there. But late round RB, definitely.

Wolff, Williams and Taylor although Williams is projected to go in the middle rounds.

Burkhead? No thanks. While he is a great guy, not interested in a slower version of Marion Barber who has blocking issues. We need more team speed.

Word is that Dallas does not think there is a huge difference between Vaccaro and some of the safety options available in rounds 2-4. It is possible they could go with linemen with their first three picks!

Not that it may not be true but where are you hearing this from?

Also, word is (and it was confirmed last night by Bill Jones of CBS-11) that the Cowboys really like RB Burkhead (sp) from Nebraska -- he is the right kind of guy -- and if he is there in the 5th he might be their pick. We'll see....

Can't say I love this. Lots of other backs I like more but I guess we'll see.

They also brought in JJ Wilcox, who can probably be had later.

Duke Williams from Nevada is also considered to be an option later on as well.

And the Cowboys brought in Jakar Hamilton.

RB and safety looked like a late round thing to me. Seems deep.

Burkhead I'm not too sure about. I'll have to see him again but I never thought much of his game.

Not a fan of his, but a lot of his fans are crying the loudest about how ignored he is. As a FA fine, I don't want to waste a pick on him.

I'm not sure he even makes my top 10 Rbs in this class.
I like him ok, but that tells you how much.

I really do not know that much about him but he was described as the Sean Lee of the offense. That wouldn't be too bad.

I think a more accurate analogy is the Caleb McSurdy of offense, I.E. effort vs. speed.

Lacy
Franklin
Ball
Bell
Bernard
Taylor
Ellington
Randle
Lattimore
Jamison
Barner
Michael
