Mike Vick is confused someone needs set him strait

In a pitiful loss today to the mediocre Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons QB reached the 1000 yard mark become the first quarterback to do so in league history. Last week Vick reached a prerequisite milestone by surpassing Bobby Douglas's single season rushing record by a Quarterback. Now I must be honest here why are some people commending this? What he is doing is not playing Quarterback. Rather Mike Vick has become a novelty act he wanders from city to city running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The sad part about it is that when he stays in the pocket (or behind the line of scrimmage he is deadly) he posseses a rocket for an arm and has show great touch on the deep ball. But the only time we get to see Vick do this is when he doesnt' try to play superman and run all over the place, which is becoming increasingly rare.

This style of QB play has never won a Superbowl, and i strongly believe it never will, someone needs to tell Mike Vick that he is a NFL Quarterback not a Spaniard running from bulls.

This style of QB play has never won a Superbowl, and i strongly believe it never will, someone needs to tell Mike Vick that he is a NFL Quarterback not a Spaniard running from bulls.

Or the Army of N. Virginia running from Grant.

Wanted: A good QB coach to work with coach killer Vick. Vick has all the athleticism, he just needs to be coached on pocket presence and timing, that's all.

But, on the other hand, Vick will be home watching the playoffs. So maybe he is not all that except as a novelty act.

Or Maybe, When you drop back and deliver a perfect throw, and then get slammed to the ground, only to get up and see your receiver on his knees with his head down cause he dropped the ball.

Or as you start to make your reads none of your WR can get open, and here comes 270 LBs DE coming at you, your gonna wat, Stay take the hit, and deliver the ball and watch it get incomplete.

Basically. Like the immortal Drew Bledsoe wrote in his new blog whats the use in throwing passes if no one is catching them...but you won't here too much of that because its Mike Vick's fault he;s a thug a degenerate he doesn't deserve to play the "pure" position of qb

Young never completed more than 60% of his passes until he was in San Fran so where was the accuracy in the USFL and Tampa. He also threw more ints than TDs before he got to S.F. showing he was a pass crappy first run second QB. A change of scenery might be good for Vick. And no QB has won a superbowl with his style of play because we haven't seen a QB quite like him and I'm not ready to write off the Vince Young's of the world as not being able to win a Super Bowl. That is backwards thinking almost like saying a Black QB can't win a Super Bowl. It can and will be done. The Falcons were not a very good team before they got Vick and they have won recently because they have Vick. Vick's winning percentage ranks among 4th NFL starting quarterbacks with at least 35 starts. 43 wins 31 losses. The Falcons have alot of problems this year and Vick is one of them, but not the biggest one.

didnt know a stupid person could beat the Packers at Lambou field, or lead his team to the NFC Championship. Not to mention a winning record as a starting QB
