Williams, at least he isn't a druggie, just slow. Bring him in inside the redzone and throw jump balls all day.

I definitely think we could use Williams more. However, i am not sure how likely it is he is cut, because of the cap hit that Detroit would take. Let's remember he was the first round pick last year, which means he is owed a decent amount of cash still on his contract. I am just not sure that they want to take that hit.

All that said, however, i would for sure take Mike over Charles.

I'd take Mike Williams. I wanted him when he came out and still want him on this team. Detroit seems to be a black hole for WRs since they are in such a state of flux all the time on offense. I think some stability would do MW some good. Blus he's a big guy and as mentioned, would be one more great Red Zone threat.

i don't see them cutting mike at all. to soon, now rogers may very well get cut.what he needs is to get cut and set out a year.then he may learn that he is not all that and you have to work in the nfl. the guy has a ton of talent but does'nt have a brain

We have a 0% chance of signing either of them because they would be subject to waivers, meaning 16 teams would have to pass on them.

Williams would cause about an 8 million dollar cap hit if he got cut.

He's not getting cut.

Mike is not going to get cut this year. He has made the roster unless something big happens between now and cut down day.

The same can't be said for Rogers.

mike williams has a huge upside if he can ever get his head out of his behind, I would take the chance in a heartbeat.

we would certainly make that trade, but detroit has no reason too. Mike Williams won't be cut or tradedthis year, too big of a cap hit. Now if detroit really needed a LB, they might consider shanle and a conditional pick for Rogers, but he's too injury prone.

Shanle plus the 6th pick we seem so anxious to give away is ok by me. Mike Williams might be slow, lazy and fat but he's still better than Charlie Adams all day every day.
