That may be the best thing for the team. He isn't playing as fast as Williams or Beasley anyway. He is stopping there progress right now. I'd say give him until after the bye week. That'll give plenty of time to see what you have in the two youngsters.

Honestly I think it's best. Who knows if/when Williams or Beasly get hurt, put Austin on rocks so we can leverage the depth. I said it in another thread and I'll say it here, Austin is still a threat with the ball in his hands. A couple of curl routes and missed tackles and he can have 60 yards on two catches with that YAC. Get him healthy and make a run in Nov/Dec.

Cowboys are doing the right thing. Miles, like Ware, need to get as close to 100% as possible. Cowboys can afford it right now with the production of its young guns.

He needs to be cut. He's a waste of space. Harris is better than him at this point.

Miles just got another injury these past two weeks: his pride. And this one might take a while to heal. First symptom is player feeling like team doesn't need him anymore. Second symptom is team exploring trade options.

A trade (good luck with an oft-injured high salary player) or cut can't come soon enough. The only part that hurts is the hit to the cap.

I was talking to my Son just the other day about this. I have no proof but I was telling him that I suspected Miles might be reading the tea leaves and shutting it down to save himself already. He may not be as injured as you think but who really knows?
