I was talking to my Son just the other day about this. I have no proof but I was telling him that I suspected Miles might be reading the tea leaves and shutting it down to save himself already. He may not be as injured as you think but who really knows?
What do you think Indy might give for a Vet WR now that they just lost Reggie Wayne?
He needs to be cut. He's a waste of space. Harris is better than him at this point.
Maybe Richardson if what some of the things I hear is true.
i have no problem with this but we have depth issues at WR,we should bring up Tim benford from the PS.

Jason Garrett intimated the team may shut down Miles Austin to get him healthy. It's easy to do now with Williams and Beasley playing well
Get him healthy for the stretch run and possible playoffs. Then corner him into a Doug Free type salary reduction during the offseason so that he can be traded next year. Draft another WR next year to replace his spot on the depth chart and go with Bryant, Williams, Beasley, and Harris for the foreseeable future.
Maybe not so stupid and a lot more value then we first thought, if true.
Actually, if we traded Miles, we would still have Harris who can play either Slot or Outside. Would not be a terrible situation unless we lost another WR as well.
The only thing I can see being the issue is, is Richardson really that good/bad?
Richardson is good. He is very good. He's just not as important to that offense as a good WR is right now.
