Milton should play now and the Cowboys should get Shedeur Sanders

The team is about to renegotiate Dak’s contract again this offseason. Unfortunately, anyone hoping for a new QB in 2028, which was when our next “out” was in his deal, will now have to wait.

He’s going to be here until 2030.
And as I said last year- that is the end of the Cowboys we grew up loving.
Being tied to Prescott for that many years will ensure that even the heartfelt memories of what the Cowboys once stood for are gone forever.

And Romo? I know I shouldn’t ask.

Eight and a half seasons is enough.
Cleveland doesn't want Sanders, so the Cowboys should trade for him and go ahead and play Joe Milton.
No one would question it, and this way Dak still retains some value in the eyes of other teams if Dak were to agree to be traded.
The Cowboys could move on from Dak relatively quietly and pick up another top prospect in Sanders to work behind Milton.
day drink much? Just asking...if so...needs more ice and Cointreau with a lime twist....

How good (or awful) can Shedeur be if Cleveland doesn't want him? The thought gives me chills.

The mere notion that we'd be well advised to welcome one of Cleveland's rejects is total insanity.

If you're ever having a bad day, this site is always good for some comedic relief and this thread surely delivers.

And just exactly has Sanders shown that would make you think he's a valid replacement for Dak?

Well, let's see, first round draft pick? Nope.

Starter at (of all places) the perennial loser Browns? Nope.

Taking first team reps in practice? Nope.

Sanders was drafted because Deion is his daddy and has good blood lines. No other reason.

Could he develop into a top NFL qb? Sure, but "could" is the key word here, I for one am tired of Jerry picking players who have to develop to be of any great value.

Hard NO on Sanders, at least at this time...

Proof there should be mandatory drug testing for fans posting on this forum.
I'd melt a cup and I don't even agree with this insanity.
