I don't like Crowder catching the ball with his body. Some of the pics posted yesterday showed excellent technique even by running backs.

Dang Keyshawn,,, you got some skinny chicken legs.
I hope that is just a bad camera angle or some other photograghical anomoly, because I would be scared to even attempt mowing my yard with such a little skinny chicken thigh like that.
Hit the squat rack already.... double dang.

...wrong with the mechanics of this throwing motion. The football should never be reversed. It doesn't look very compact or efficient. It actually looks like the old "Mosquito" baseball technique we were taught as kids to throw a baseball.

I'm a bit disturbed by this picture.

Anyone notice that the ball is facing completely the opposite direction?

When holding the football in the ready position, the ball is facing downfield. However, when Henson brings the ball up to fire, it's twisted backwards, which means he has to twist it forward again before firing.

Is that standard in a throwing motion? Seems like it would undesirably lengthen the throwing motion.
