You know what we could have done is try to bolster the defense in the offseason so then we wouldn't be in a position to try and trade anyone. But our FO decided not to.

I think McKinnon's a good back. Enough of a prospect to prevent me from doing something desperate like trade for Darren McFadden.
I think a trade wouldnt be bad. McKinnon is good, but I think he would be better with a solid complement. Dont know if he is an every down grinder, he seems like a Gio Bernard type to me

McFadden wouldnt be that complement though. If they would be interested in one of our backs, it would probably be Morris. And even then they wont give up anything worth taking. And I doubt we would do it anyways. They favor Morris over McFadden and they were even willing to trade an injured McFadden

They need him so badly he doesn't even dress......backup LGs are very easy to find

The problem is no one has offered anything for him
Backup LGs are very easy to find. LGs of Leary's caliber are not.
My price to part with Leary is no less than a 2nd round draft pick.

Run DMC and Leary + next year's 4th for Danielle Hunter and their 6th in return?

That kid could help this DL in a lot of ways...

I don't think DMac can be traded until he is on the active roster. Cannot trade injured players.

And no one will ever pay that price....it is beyond ridiculous
