i can't watch it, it will be 3.5 hours of a Luck slobbering lovefest by the commentators. I really do like the player but the commentators are as infatuated with Luck as Madden was with Favre and John Randle....as Gruden is with....well every player (even if they are only practice squad material).

Luck deserves all the credit he receives. One of the best quarterbacks in the game. Gotten better each year. Doesn't have a whole lot to work with. No run game. Terrible offensive line. Defense gets shredded every time they face an explosive offense. The guy truly is a one man show.

The same guy that didn't score a single TD against us? That guy?

Yeah the same guy. Like Romo used to have to he has to basically win every game by himself. He's gotten his team to the playoffs three years in a row. Three playoff wins and a championship game appearance.

He's good, but he's also the most overrated QB in the league (imo). He's also gifted 6 wins a year playing in the worst division in football, which also takes fewer wins to make the playoffs.

John Gruden voice - Boy, what a play. I love me some Jeff Heath, what a ronkledonker. Did you see that tackle he almost made? Incredible stuff, Jeff. I can't wait to go home, eat a box of milk duds and watch some tape on Heath. Good golly, what a football player.

i strongly disagree that "he deserves every bit of praise he gets", no doubt he's really good but everyone is putting him in the same class as Brady, Montana, Manning, and Rodgers already and he isn't there yet. Potential to be there sure, but definitely not in that class yet. Additionally, I'm not overly impressed that he took them to the playoffs in that division, beating Jax, Houston, and Tenn 2x each per year hasn't been very impressive. I was impressed with the KC playoff comeback and a number of other games he has played and I'll agree that they don't have a D or much of a running game so its on his shoulders most of the time but he doesn't see the field and make the throws like the top tier guys...YET. Would I love to have him as our QB? SURE! I think he'll continue to get better and better and could be the top QB in the game 3-5 yrs from now. But deserved or not, the commentators nonstop talk him up like they did Favre, just shut up already (them).
