4 - Joey Bosa - DE - OSU
I know most will start tuning out here. For whatever reason, Bosa's name has lost a lot of luster in the last couple months. I personally just don't buy that his upside is an issue. The kid put up 13.5 sacks and forced 4 fumbles as a 19 YO playing in the B1G. People keep quoting his 40 time, but ignore that he finished 1st (or tied for 1st) in the 20 shuttle, 3-cone, and broad jump at the combine. The first two are much more applicable to the responsibilities of a DE than 40 time. Bosa is a top level athlete, has a great motor, and is as technically sound as they come. For those worried by his 2015 production - I'd suggest checking out some of the game footage. His impact was not measured wholey by his sack total. PFF graded him as the 2nd best pass rusher last season; the best the year before.
I see a kid with a very high floor, who is ready to contribute, and who absolutely can be a well roundend 10-15 sack/year guy.
34 - Kenny Clark - DT - UCLA
I don't know that the team will make it a point to address DT early, especially if the first pick is DL, but it's the easiest position to project top 20-25 value at 34. If it's not Clark, it'll be Billings, Butler, or Nkemdiche. There will be a first round value at DT on the board, and I think it should and will be considered.
67 - Braxton Miller - WR - OSU
The team adds a much needed play-maker to the offense. Like DT at 34, I see a lot of WR value in this range. If it's not Miller, it could be Cooper, Boyd, Thomas, or (ideally!) Shepard.
104 - Dak Prescott - QB - MSU
Back up and developmental project.
135 - Kelvin Taylor - RB - FLA
Some well-rounded youth for our RB rotation.
