Ok he is like 3rd in scoring this year, ever think that coach midget had anything to do with the mavs losing before?Dirk gives it all he has.he is the ultimate team guy.

He's always 3rd in scoring. And then the playoffs start. He folds like a cheap suit.

Romo is not a loser and is certainly not the problem.

Amen bro. No doubt he's made some mistakes but I don't question his heart. Just because he doesn't want to slit his wrists after a loss doesn't mean he doesn't have the desire to win. I think his statement about losing a sporting event not being the worse thing in life reflects a level head and character that I think will lead this team if he can continue to develop.

I love football but folks when it comes down to it, this is just entertainment, period. Yes it's disappointing when your team loses but how does that compare to losing someone you love or losing a job or losing your home through some disaster? Of course I want to see the 'boys win but I have to agree with Romo, if the Cowboys not making the playoffs is the worse thing that ever happens to me then life will be good!

This is the most logical post I've read on this board in the last two weeks. It's nice to see that not all of our fans are morons.

...says the man with the Nowitzki sig. Now that's irony...

 I failed to see the irony here. Not to get into a debate, but let's be real and fair. Dirk Nowitzki has played and won far too many playoff games to be compared to Romo. Not to mention with a lesser supporting cast around him. But I digress....I think we should be talking football here.

Ah, right now, he is a big part of the problem. But in all fairness, he is also going to be part of the solution. Go Cowboys!:starspin

I'm the biggest Romo defender in these parts, but lets lay off the big German. He's at least won some playoff games. Hell, he basically single-handedly beat the Spurs during the Mavs finals run. The guy was a BEAST. He's been pretty beastly this year too.

Exactly. He's got issues he needs to work on, but he's going to be part of it when we finally do take the next step. I absolutely believe that.
