It's plausible, the only way we're better then 8-8 this year is if we're 5-1 or better again in the division.

I think we lose 3 divison games other than that I agree. But I can see dallas losing to the titans for some reason. So 6-10 most likely 7-9 imo

Division record - 3-3
NFC West - 1-3...can easily be 0-4.
AFC South - 2-2
Chicago and New Orleans - 0-2

I see 5, maybe 6 wins. If Romo's back doesn't hold up, it's 3 wins.

What?

This team could beat SF, Ten, STL, HOU, Jax, Zona, Indy, and Chicago. That's 8 wins without playing a divisional game.

I don't think we beat Chicago. They beat us down badly last year, and even though this is a new year I think they'll still beat down our defense. We won't be able to stop their offense. Our only chance is if ouroffense is clicking right from the start and we can outscore them. Who knows maybe we can do it, but I doubt it.

The Titans are in the first year of a switch from a 4-3 to a 3-4 defense and while they have a very good DC in Horton everyone here should know you don't switch schemes and not miss a beat

True. I just think most people are thinking thats an easy win for dallas. I don't think It's an easy win at all but I could be wrong.

I don't think any game this season will be a easy win but do have the Titans as one of our wins this season imo.

There is no such thing as an easy win for this team in 2014.

Nonsense. Just get way up on the opponent early and then you're in a position to easily run out the clock. What could go wrong?

we are not a Super Bowl outfit....but we should easily compete for the division title. We cannot let this coaching staff and these players off the hook that easily. If we cannot compete in this division...regardless of our injury situation...then this thing needs to be blown up. Did we not just make Tyron Smith a 100m man? Are we about to do the same for Dez? Did we guarantee Romo over 50m? Is Brandon Carr paid like a top 5 CB? Were the amount of resources given up for Mo Claiborne worth about 4 top 60 picks? Is Orland Scandrick the highest paid 3rd CB in the NFL? I could go on and on...but my point is..you cannot have these type of expenditures...then not EXPECT to compete in THIS division. If Romo plays in week 17 last year we SWEEP the division. And do I even nee to remind you we GAVE Detroit AND Green Bay the game! We scored 50 points against Denver and LOST!!! We go to KC and act as if scoring is against the rules. Again....we are not great..and this years schedule is tough...but the NFC East is not the NFC West. We should be in the hunt to make the playoffs.

Having a half a dozen guys making big money doesn't make a team a contender.

The offense will do it's part, but the defense is arena league quality. Unless this offense scores like the Broncos did last year, we aren't going to sniff a division title.

Jac, Rams, Ten are games we'll win I believe, and then we'll win another against Chi, Ari, Ind, or Hou.

That is the most typical prediction list as I have seen. Beat the bad teams and lose against the good teams. C'mon, anyone that knows the NFL understands that's not how it works.
