It seems like only yesterday that the Giants and Cowboys were playing for the division title and home field advantage. The Cowboys won that game 16-13 I believe was the score. That was in 1993 if memory serves me correctly, LT's final year. Now, a huge game which could decide the NFC East. Both teams coming off of OT losses. I'm not sure the Cowboys had a great chance to win their game but the Giants certainly should have won theirs. The Giants being home gives me a lot of confidence but I am taking nothing for granted.

It will be a hard fought game. And say anything you want about Eli as I have read in some of the posts on here. He is only in his second year and I'm sure he is already worrying fans of the Cowboys/Commanders/Eagles.

What I am really hoping is this is not the last game at Giants stadium this year between the Cowboys and Giants. A January playoff game would be unbelieveable.

Here's to no injuries and a well played game. And a Giants win of course! :D

Well, we had the ball 2nd-and-2 at midfield in a tie game with 2:00 left. Pretty darn good chance to win, too.

it would not surprise me at all to see us play again in the playoffs. the giants and cowboys have returned to dominance in the nfc east, and the hated and reviled and despised eagles and Commanders have shown their true sucky selves...

I was at that 1993 season game (technically I believe the game was on Jan. 2, 1994 - if I remember correctly) and it was a thing of beauty to hear how quiet that stadium got after Murray's kick. The thousands of loud, obnoxious fans around me (including my dad) were humbled and we went on to win yet ANOTHER Super Bowl....Ahhhh memories....

Oh, apparently you didn't catch the 4th quarter of the Cowboys-Broncos game did you? Because if you had, you would know that the Cowboys had a few great chances to win that game. Newman drops a sure INT for TD, Cundiff misses a 34 yard field goal and we call a horrific play in Denver territory late in the game to kill a drive. By the way, I live in NJ and watched the entire Giants-Seahawks game and the Giants had their chances, but it's not like they "deserved" that win. None of Feely's misses were chip shots - all 40-50 yarders. And I'm still waiting for Shockey's 2nd foot to land in the endzone...

That was Drew's rookie year. That week (week 17) he won his 4th straight, a bomb in OT to knock Miami out of the playoffs.
