IMO, Terry Glenn is not Mr. Irreplaceable.
If TG goes down, it would hurt immensely... but we could survive.

IMO, Mr. Irreplaceable is...
Jason Ferguson.

With the amount of work we are giving the 3-4, it would almost be tougher to go back to the 4-3 at sometime mid-season as a result of Fergy going down. I don't think the 3-4 can be successful on an every down basis if La Roi has to play NT the majority of the time.
And who is backing up Fergy?
Brooks and "Pepper"?
Uh oh.

For this reason, I'm at least glad that Fergy is not gonna play this weekend so these other potential NTs can get some much needed game practice.

And of course, more important at this point than Terry Glenn is also, Bledsoe IMO.
But that's a whole other thread....

I find it hard to claim anyone who's never played a down for the Dallas Cowboys is irreplaceable, but Bledsoe is probably the closest.
