Usually I am all for drafting the troubled guy who is a top 3 player at his position but Peters scares me more than an other in this draft. He just sounds like he is way too much of a head case. It is one thing to fall a drug test at the wrong time but its another to be uncoachable and a complete piece of ****. At least Gregory is a hustle guy who gives his all on every down. Peters would be off my draft board for the first 2 rounds.

All I know is that it is "an anger issue" something you would like as a football player but not as a human.

I am kind of wary of him also. Great talent but getting kicked off a team due to going after a coach. A million dollar talent with 10 cent head. I don't think he could take Marinelli being on him constantly.

No, this is past the anger issue that you would love in a relentless MLB or a big DE, this is a guy who will say **** you to the coaching staff and walk off the field......it could very well turn into TO in Philly, not Burfict in Cincy

I'm the complete opposite. There are concerns for sure, but go get that guy if you can.

I really do not know the full details so I was trying to be non judgemental with his incident. This is the same press that Burfict was getting pre draft no matter what it is baggage.

He's been my guy for months and even I am very very cold on the idea of drafting him now. I would even consider Gregory before him at this point. I think Peters may literally be one of the top talents in the draft, based on his film, but that volatile nature within the team, I just can't stand for that. If he was in interviews, how some are suggesting, he would be off my board completely.

Percy Harvin is another example of a guy that is almost impossible to coach. LIke TO, he doesn't get into a lot of trouble off the field, IIRC, but is difficult to coach and can't get along in the locker room.

Not really. Burfict was getting a bad name because of person fouls and not being able to be contained on the field. I don't remember hearing he wasn't coachable. Peters was said to have horrible body language and act like he didn't care to be interviewing. I think the Seahawks said they won't take him just based on the interview.

If it's true that Peters put his hands on a coach during one of his "incidents", then he's undraftable.

To me Peters is a good corner, but not elite whereas Gregory and Ray are true elite talents

To me this is a deep CB class, but not an overly good one. I think its a #2 CB class. What makes it a solid class is that you can get #2 CBs all the way to the 4th round.

I think maybe 2 of the first round CBs becomes a #1 CB

I stand corrected you know more than I can remember about the incident, I remember him dropping like a hot potato during the draft and thinking, the media played a significant role in his draft status.
