I'd be happy with Ebiketie or Mafe. Don't think they'll last. Unsure about Pickens. First round player, 7th round head.

Liked Lucas a lot too. Don't think he's on the table anymore though.

 

23 good players will be gone before our FO, gets on the clock tomorrow. I kinda feel like this whole draft is gonna go like the first round - every player we talk about will go before we get on the clock. And I don't get the impression they are willing to trade up and use up draft resources. At least not in the second.
We are now well behind the teams in out own decision. Terms of - have you made your team better in the off-season so far. 3 of the 4 can say yes, we aren't part of the 3.
Puts more pressure on Will and the team tomorrow.

 

I wouldn't mind just keep drafting from Tulsa.

 

I'll just take David Ojabo if he is still on the board.

 

Or NAIA schools, no other teams will see that coming.....

 

I'd absolutely go for Travis Jones if he's there, but I expect us to take a receiver. It's another one of those non-"must" positions like guard, and we see how that turned out. My expectation is Alec Pierce.

i would sit on my hands in this RD ,go get someone like Mafe or Travis Joes if they fall.

Think WR at 56 or even a trade up. Pickens, Watson, Moore, Tolbert, Pierce

 

I can see 2-3 players going above us at certain positions like CB, QB, RB and WR. It will be interesting to see if we stay put or move up 5-10 spots to grab a targeted player.

If we really only graded 14-16 guys as 1st rounders though, I think we stay put.

I see some combination of WR/TE/Edge for us over rounds 2-4, possibly corner/safety.

Is it obvious Ojabo is their guy? I mean it is a chance for them to show how smart they are picking up a first round talent coming off a debilitating injury. Like a moth to a flame. Personally I will take Travis Jones.

 

Christian Watson a traits guy might be hard for them to pass up. Whole lotta fingers crossed at WR right now.
