Let's not get ahead of ourselves.... Too early to tell anything really, teams are still working out kinks!

They have been working on the same kinks for 5 season now. The main pieces to this offense have been playing together for a while now, though you cant tell it by the execution on the field.

Call me crazy but I say we dont lose more tyen 4 more games this year. Beating Denver at home will give us the momentum to beat all that gets in our way to number 6. Superbowl Dallas vs. Texans. Dallas 34 Texans 23
This is far crazier than the OP lol

Here's mine we beat the Rams,Chargers to be at 3-1, lose a tight one to Denver at home 3-2, Beat the skins at home, lose to Philly there 4-3, beat Detroit and Minnesota 6-3, lose to the Saints 6-4, beat the giants and raiders 8-4, lose to the Bears there 8-5, beat Packers at home 9-5, lose to the skins at home 9-6 and hold off Philly the last game of the year to finish 10-6 and the NFC east champions. That's where my prediction ends now this is what I hope happens they get hot and run off 4 more wins to total 14-6 and win the Superbowl...

I'd like to post a scenario of how I feel the remainder of the Cowboys season will go...

They will beat the Rams next week in very underwhelming fashion and then lose to San Diego putting them at a mediocre 2-2. Over the next 5 games, they will go 2-3, including a massacre at the hands of Denver.

At that point, they're 4-5 and the butt of ESPN and every other sports outlet's criticism. Week 10 comes along against a surging Saints team, a game that no one gives them a chance in, and they beat the Saints resulting in more "the Cowboys are for real" talk among the same analysts who wrote them off a week ago. They build off of the Saints victory with two more victories against the Giants, and the Raiders on Thanksgiving (which will be decided on a last second field goal).

Cowboys are now 7-5 and right at the top of the NFC East.

The Cowboys are on a roll, they just beat a very good Saints team and put two gritty victories together against the Giants and Raiders. Everyone says that this is finally the year that the Cowboys live up to their potential (just like last year, and the year before).

Next up are the Bears, Packers and Commanders for weeks 14, 15, and 16. The Cowboys, with their new found confidence and momentum, naturally go on to lose to the Bears and Packers. They narrowly escape a Commanders team in week 16, placing them at 8-7 in a "win and they're in" scenario for week 17 against Philly (who also can claim a playoff spot with a win)

Philly wins the game in either two ways; a repeat of the 44-6 whopping that they gave Dallas in 2008, or on a Desean Jackson bomb towards the end of the 4th quarter where Dallas' defense can't make a stop...

The Eagles are in the playoffs, Dallas is once again 8-8 and watching the playoffs from their couch; ripping out the hearts of Dallas fans everywhere...

We've all seen this before... Deja vu.

There was a time I would read this and think it was completely crazy and decide to post an animated gif to describe how crazy I think it was and to say let's play the games and so on.

After the last few years of the same old same old happening...I will say that I would not be shocked at all if this happened because it has pretty much happened in the past few years.

I'll add another prediction.

Romo and Garrett start feuding at some point during the season. Romo's new offensive responsibility rubs Garrett the wrong way eventually.

Personally, I think we beat the Broncos, We always win when we're suppose to lose. My crystal ball says 11-5. Romo will start slinging it again and we'll expose the double coverage they put on Dez.

I think you're dead wrong...I think we win all the games you think we'll lose and lose all the games you think we'll win...and still finish 8-8 because that's how we do!

Just look were already on that track after two games

I don't know which games we'll win or lose but it all will probably end up 8-8 in the end.

So I guess we should just not waste our time and not watch any of the games because Dallas is just going to fail and disappoint everyone. Why even be a fan, we can all go join a Broncos or Seahawks forum since those teams are good and are locks for the Super Bowl. I am not in the predicting business because sports journalists only do it to keep reader interest and play to the overreaction crowd, maybe including a group of fans who think the sky is falling after a road loss to an improving team with a head coach with a history of beating your team, and get clicks on the Internet. I am sure the Ravens were the favorites and felt great about their Super Bowl chances losing 4 out of 5 to end the season. All we have to do is win the division and get in the dance and go from there. We have been in position to do that before, so what do you guys know that I do not that says we will not improve with our changes and a little luck escaping the injury bug which we could not avoid last year. Losing games along the way is inevitable but in a likely weak division, it should not take 11+wins. But who knows, I am not going to say that certainly either because WE ARE TWO GAMES INTO THE SEASON.

Given the comments this week, let's hope that hasn't already happened.

It's not hard to predict the teams the Cowboys will have a difficult time beating you can pretty much mark down their next 14 opponents. :p Any team with a premier passer is going to create serious problems for the Cowboys. Those games will come down to whether Romo can win in a shootout or the defense can keep from breaking because they will get bent. Yards don't beat you TD's do. The Chargers, Broncos, Saints, Giants, Packers and Philly with their fast paced offense and speed at the skill positions are all going to give the Cowboys a lot of problems. There's really not a game on the Cowboys schedule that you can point to as probable win except "maybe" vs the Raiders but the Cowboys had some issues trying to contain Terrelle Pryor in the limited time they saw him in preseason. Although the Rams appear to be a much improved team they're the softest opponent the Cowboys will face until Thanksgiving when they play the Raiders.

The Lions certainly won't be a cakewalk trying to contain Stafford and Calvin Johnson. The last time they played the Cowboys they overcame a 24 point deficit on the road now the Cowboys have to travel to them. Despite Ponder being an average QB the Vikings aren't going to be a pushover with Adrian Peterson in the backfield. From what I've seen from the Cowboys the first 2 games makes their schedule look very difficult. It takes about 4-5 games for a team to establish what type of team they're going to be each season but the Cowboys already look like the same team we've been seeing. If they don't start showing some real improvement soon this is going to be a very long season. They need a real solid win on Sunday to gain some confidence or they're going to be in real trouble with the Chargers and Broncos coming up.
