My point exactly, he ain't even an experience coach, he just came into the league. He's more like an intern. He got worst within a year.

Yeah, but maybe just maybe he will win with the Detroit Lions if he becomes their HC because someone else succeeded when they left the Cowboys staff and went to another team. I'm sure it will probably happen too with Bruce Read if someone else hires him.
