I think the Cowboys can make one trade if a QB like Bridgewater or Bortles falls in the draft or alternatively someone falls in love with Mettenberger.

So in this scenario I can see the Browns moving up #25, #83 and #145 for #16

1-#25--Scott Crichton, DE
2-#47--David Yankey, G
3-#78--Jeremiah Attachoau, DE
4-#83--Terrance Brooks, FS
5--#119--Aaron Murray, QB
6--#145--George Uko, DT
7-#158--Khairi Fortt, OLB
8-#229--Kevin Norwood, WR
9-#231-Trey Millard, FB
10-#239-Ken Bishop, DT
11-#248--Corey Linsley-C
12-#251--Jerrick McKinnon, RB
13-#254--Bene Bewikere, CB

Hate it that I couldn't fit Caraun Reid in this mock, but I think Uko has more upside in the "3" tech and just couldn't pass up a potential starting QB in Murray.
Have to admit, I wasn't paying much attention to Attachoau until lately when some on this site began singing his praises. He's impressive as a pass rusher and really don't see much separation between he and Ford from an athletic standpoint. JM's frame probably allows for more size.

Starting to think you might be right. It will depend on whether the 3-4 teams think he can play in that scheme. If so, the number of teams interested in him greatly increases.

That would be a good draft.

I agree on Attaochu compared to Ford which is why he won't be available in the 3rd.

I don't know how the Cowboys would rate Yankey for their ZBS. He is definitely a good man blocking OG.

Attaochu is probably my favorite player in this draft. He was projected in the 2-3 about a month and a half ago, however he has climbed fast. I really think he is gonna go somewhere in the 20-30 range. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being taken before ford/ealy. So to me the question is, do you want Crichton or Attaochu?

Really like Crichton's size/strength/quickness combo, but Attaochu might offer more pass rush down the road. It would be a difficult choice for sure, but in the end I think I still go with Crichton and roll the dice JA falls a bit.

good draft
here is what i would do with those picks (couple of changes)

1-#25--Scott Crichton, DE
2-#47--Jimmie Ward, FS
3-#78--Jeremiah Attaochu, DE
4-#83--Billy Turner, OG
5--#119--Aaron Murray, QB
6--#145--George Uko, DT
7-#158--Khairi Fortt, OLB
8-#229--Kevin Norwood, WR
9-#231-Trey Millard, FB
10-#239-Ken Bishop, DT
11-#248--Corey Linsley-C
12-#251--Jerrick McKinnon, RB
13-#254--Bene Bewikere, CB

if brandon thomas (OG) is available in rd 5-6 range, i would try like heck to trade my 4th or 5th next year to get him and put him on the shelf for next year

Yes, I think I would take Attaochu over Ford or Ealy. I like Crichton, but he is one of those guys that looks like a solid Strong Side DE. There are a lot of those in this draft and the top 3 DEs on the Cowboys roster are also best as SDEs. The super quick guys like Attaochu are in short supply.
