Were not in such a bad spot as it appears. Losing to Pitt and Balitmore has no shame to it. They are two of the best teams in football. The most promising prospect of them all there AFC teams. And, the 6 best teams in football are AFC teams(Ten, Pit, Bal, Indy, NE, SD.) Since Romo's return we are 4-0 against the NFC and we beat the top dog in the conference the Giants. Even though we must win this week we are not in that bad of a spot. The Eagles will be elimnated by 415 and that will cause them not to play as hard. Once we get in we have as good of shot as any. I think we can make a SD Charger run from last year. Im hoping the Bears win their conference and we play them first. Should be fun. What are your opinions.

Baltimore is not one of the two best teams in the league and the 6 best teams in the NFL are not in the AFC.

I also disagree. I think the Eagles would love to eliminate us from Playoff contention and I believe Andy Reid and Donovan McNabb may be coaching/playing for their jobs next year.

I don't see how you can't consider Baltimore one of the best teams in the league. They're secondary is superior to any team in the league. Their defense is dominant and their offense is conservative. I thought they sucked for the simple fact they never beat teams with a winning record other than the Eagles and Deadskins but they beat the Cowboys so I guess they could be the real deal. If it came down to them and the Titans give me the Ravens.

Probably some people were saying that about Pittsburg before they played Tennessee as well. And I hate Bud and his rug.

At the very best, we'll be an average 2-2 in December, and stand a chance of being 1-3. THAT, was/is our big "bugaboo" for years, and still is. After all the hype and hope, that's what it is. I don't care if we played the Pats, the Steelers, the Giants and the Panthers in that stretch, good teams win. That's why they called the Cowboy-Pitt game and the Cowboy-Ravens game "great match-ups". You know, the "great defense" doesn't always have to win. Our defense is great, and our offense is supposed to be one leagues best and able to hold their own against the best. Apparently, only great defense matters in "great matchups".
If the Bears win their division, Dallas would have to go play in sub-zero weather outdoors. The Vikings winning the division makes for better odds of us winning a playoff game, by far.
