My predictions on season

Niners defense is going to be short, and anybody that saw the niners offense in preseason have seen that this read option offense has enough tape on it now that teams know its tendencies now. Im calling an upset.

Week 2 Titans
Tennessee has a decent defense but they have a bad offense. Dallas win
2-0

Week 3 Rams
Think the Rams will over think Murray because of his big games, and the passing game lights them up.
3-0

Week 4 Saints
Loss
3-1

Week 5 Texans
Think this is going to be a close game not because of the QBless Texans offense but because they have a very good defense.
4-1

Week 6 Seahawks
Loss
4-2

Week 7 Giants
Giants are a mess, plain and simple
5-2

Week 8 Commanders
Always close ugly games, Sanatana Moss and Jackson? Notorious Cowboy killers.
5-3

Week 9 Cardinals
Up and coming Cards think sneak this out.
5-4

Week 10 Jaguars
Nice Cowboys win here, and needed before the bye.
6-4

Week 11 Bye

Week 12 Giants
Can see a post bye week letdown.

Week 13 Eagles
Cowboys edge out a win

Week 14 Chicago
I can see this team pounding that football on the ground

Birds take the split

Week 16 Colts
Luck almost brings them back but Cowboys take it.

Week 17 Commanders
Bailey kicks the Cowboys into the playoffs.

With the way injuries and suspensions have occurred for all teams, this is a real possibility......but more like 9-7 IMO. Dallas will blow one of the games that they should win, they usually do. Not sure about the CHI and Indy game, can go either way. This all hinges on our own injuries staying away of course.

Im torn on the Bears and Colts game. Can go either way, but im a Cowboys fan so i went with the wins

The Bears game scares me. Their offense could be more potent than ours.

My very optimistic outlook.

1. 49ers, Romo takes advantage of their weakened defense, our defense hits them with a few surprises that we haven't seen yet.
W, 1-0
2. @ Titans, Offense should move the ball on them, and our defense catches a break from their weaker offense.
W, 2-0
3. @ Rams, without Bradford, their offfense less of a threat, so defense gets another break, and we always seem to score on their defense, but will be harder this year.
W, 3-0
4. Saints, home game keeps it close(r), jusy can't match score for score with Brees.
L, 3-1
5. Texans, yeah they got Mallet, so he may have a bit more success, but we still take them.
W, 4-1
6. @ Seahawks, well, hope it's close, will be a very good test for the OL as well as the rest of the ogffense, and defense will actually be a decent test too.
L, 4-2
7. Giants, who knows what they will be this year, but we had success more on them than they on us recently, home game.
W, 5-2
8. Commanders, we wil score on their defense, but can our defense contain them, they may be playing some great offense by this time, depending on RG3.
W, 6-2
9. Cards, this is a tough one as they could push the 49ers for 2nd in the West. But being a home game, I give us thenod.
W, 7-2
10. @ Jaguars, but in London, it will be like a home gaem for us I would think.

11. @ Giants, game after the bye week, but I think we drop this one
L, 8-3
12. Eagles, with on the road sunday night at giants, division foe, this could be a game we should win normally, but probably won't.
L, 8-4
13. @ Bears, tough going on the schedule, since the giants game actually, 1 week rest, 3 games in 13 days, not good.
L, 8-5
14. @ Eagles, with 3 straight losses, things seem to be unraveling yet again, but now with 10 days rest, playoff push, we need this game.
W, 9-5
15. Colts, home game, need another win, don't need a let down after emotional win in Philly, colts due for a loss, and they have their playoff spot wrapped up.
W, 10-5
16. @ Commanders, they put up a good fight, but we show them why we improved more than they did.
W, 11-5

Seattle & NO get the 1st round byes, but we get a home playoff game by winning the division, and having the 4th best record. GB is 3rd best.

I just can't see 10 wins, they're going to end up losing 2 or 3 games that they have no business losing. It's a reoccuring theme with this team.

I hope you're right and I hate to be a downer but honestly, i'll be surprised if they're even close, esp considering the way we roll over for Cutler. And frankly, Indy is better than us plain and simple. If we win 1 of the 2 I'll truly be shocked.
Speaking of, why the heck can't we get Chicago and New Orleans OFF our schedule? We just can't play competitive ball against those teams and yet seem to have to play them every year.
Maybe St Louis feels the same way about us….?
