My realistic guess of what our draft will be

1. Tye Hill, CB, Clemson. Probably the fastest player in the draft. He is proabably the guy JJ was referring to when he mentioned "if the value was there" we could look at a CB at 18. Well Hill is a great value at 18. If Hill is on board I wouldn't mind moving Henry to FS. You could even think about playing Henry at corner when we play the Giants to take advantage of Henry's size against Plaxico. Our secondary would be both set and sick.

2. Davin Joseph, OG, OK. I think the Cowboys are looking hard at this guy. He would compete with Kosier right away for the starting LG spot, and he's got experience at tackle. OL would go from shaky to pretty solid with this pick.

3. Chris Gacong, DE/OLB Cal Poly. We worked him out and even had him work out at ILB. He could be a situational pass rusher as a rookie, rotating with Singleton and give us depth at ILB. Sleeper prospect with solid measurables- think Tedy Bruschi.

5. Tommy Jackson, DT, Auburn. This guy isn't a huge guy but he's tough to move, non stop motor and can stuff the run. Nice complement to Fergy.

6. Skyler Green, WR, LSU. A terrific return guy with 4.4 speed that gives us depth at WR.

7. Josh Huston, K, OSU.

Does Hill's lack of height concern you? I knows he's got great speed, but I think he's just a touch over 5' 9".

I agree he's a great prospect, but his size does concern me at 18 overall.

Hate the Tye Hill pick. The guy has serious stone hands if you watched him play.
Love the Joseph pick.
Ok with the Gocong pick, though IMO a little early. Watkins better value.
Already have this type of player in Johnson
Green ok. Hopefully he plays better inpros than in college
Why waste a pick on a kicker? Just for KO purposes? Pick someone who can actually play.

If he had good hands he'd be a WR.:laugh2: This guy is a young Ty Law. He's going to be good.
Love the Joseph pick.
I know I'll feel better if he's on our team.

No way we take a Cb and a FS. IMO Watkins will probably be gone by 80. Gacong is the last best SOLB prospect out there. He will be a 1st day pick.

We could look at Steve Fifta also here. It's not a great NT class.

Agreed.

Because Vanderjagt can't kick off and Huston had 70% career TB's.

Not really because he's a great leaper. I'm more concerned about his weight- need to get him to add 10-15 pounds. The thing is if he was 6'1" he'd be a top 5 pick. There are no perfect prospects at 18.
