Wow.

So then why did Roy '38' Williams last so long? He took a beating for about three years.

T.O. only took a beating for about six months.

And why is Wade still here? He's been getting beat over the head since we lost to the Giants.

And how did Pacman even make it onto the team?

Me thinks your theory is full of holes.

comeon DC..you say im not credible, BUT you try to act like the beating that Williams, Wade, PacMan came close to the beating TO took. Combined it doesnt even compare. TO took more beating than PacMan. Thats rediculous within itself. Your reasoning has as many holes as his does.

I think Barber should play the 1st quarter (to establish the ground game) and the 4th quarter (to grind out the clock) with T Choice playing the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Felix Jones can play all throughout the game. I'd also see if Felix has the ability to return punts.

All 3 RB can have equal roles(touches) and help make us a very good offense.

I believe this is what will happen.

Get out of town.

It's about the team getting rid of a guy because of the pressure put on the them because the media made the fans mad.

That was his point.

70% of the fan base wanted T.O. gone when he was cut. And they only turned on him this last season.

70% wanted Roy gone after the 2006 season. 90% after the 2007 season. He was still here for 2008.

85% wanted Wade gone after the Giants game. 95% after this season. He is still here.

150% never wanted Pacman to even enter the city of Dallas. He played here, even got suspended for beating up his bodyguard and came back to finish the season before Jerry let him go.

It's never anything Terrell Owens did. It's always someone or something else.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Choice would have a chance to start if the injury bug hit again.

At this point there's no doubt in my mind that Felix Jones is by far the most talented back on this club. He should be getting the most touches.

And yet a lot of them adore Terrell Owens.

A player who seemingly refuses to accept blame for anything that goes wrong on the field and has never hesitated to throw others in the fire instead.

I am not judging Romo or Witten, it just seems as though there are an awful lot of current players who seem to be implying that these two were complicit in T.O's dismissal. Regardless of whether or not it is true, it seems as though there is this notion among the rest of the players and that could pose a very BIG problem come next year.

the thing is...tho some didnt like him for his past, werder made him a hated man with a story that the attacked the two beloved people in dallas. he was praised all year for effort, and deflecting questions. And the media pressed the issue and pressed the issue until someone was blamed for the failed season. If romo didnt get hurt, we make the playoffs and TO is a cowboy today. Fans and Media definitely wanted someone to blame and the easiest choice was TO. He is high profile and romo, and jerry arent going anywhere.

:lmao2:you think anyone in this coaching staff has the balls to do that?

Romo and the rest of these whiners need to grow some thicker skin if these kinda comments bother them, it would be far easier replacing the QB then every player who hurts their oh so fragile feelings

I'd take a team full of Tashard Choice type players over Romo type players any day

You could take the Choices, but they'd get beat by the Romos, every time. I was on the TC bandwagon early, and the Romo bandwagon late, but TC is not in Romo's class as a player, and it's not even close.

His teammates certainly talk about him like he's a superstar already.

I've got a soft-spot in my heart for Marion Barber. Watching his clips makes me want football to be here more than anything else in this brutal offseason.

After just 30 rushing attempts and 2 pass receptions and 16 kickoff returns in his rookie season, I'm not ready to move him ahead of MBIII.

The Barbarian earned his nickname by being a beast. He is still that player IMO.

Felix has a better chance of taking it all the way when he gets the ball. But 2007 showed how special MBIII can be.

neither is a 20 carry 16 game back. Tashard is the only one of those we have, but he is not special in the way that barber is or felix. I say start choice, finish with barber, and sprinkle felix in all the time.

I still find it incredible that there are still people who think TO is just this innocent happy go lucky guy who just happened to get backstabbed by the coaches and the starting QB of the three teams that he has played for.

I mean, he must be the unluckiest WR in the history of the NFL, to play with Garcia, Mcnabb, Romo and that sorry excuse for a man Witten, I mean, poor guy, what a bunch of no good unprofessional teammates they are.

Spare me.

What is so hard about TO's MO to understand, he divides teams, period. That is what he does. He gets hold of some young, impressionable players, takes them under his wing and poisons them with his self serving conspiracy theories. Now, to them, he is a great teammate, and he probably is, but that is what makes him such a horrible locker room presence. He has a magnetic personality, he just chooses to use it to tear teams apart. Think of him as Michael Irvin's evil twin.

I remember after the second Washington game, the most important win of the season, the team was back on the right track, Tampa Bay, here we come. Then I turn on the TV and I see TO with Deion Sanders on NFL Network wearing a horrible sweater and throwing Jason Garret under the bus. I mean. Why? Who would do that? Now?

I loved it when they brought TO here, he was a great WR for the Cowboys, I did not know what to think when he was let go, but now, I could not be happier that he is gone, and if Tony Romo had something to do with that, I just have one thing to say to him.

Thank you very much.

You tell me how you go about separating ability at their position from how they play the game before I try to answer that.

No, wait, I'll answer it anyway: Romo's a better player than Choice, period.

Specially in December right? when Choice was 1 of a handful of playing actually making an effort while the rest where on cruise control

It's funny how this forum whines about accountability yet the very players/coaches that needs to be held accountable gets a pass cause we found a scapegoat to take the blame for them and any player who suggests anything other then blame the scapegoat should be cut :laugh1:

Great post. Skip Bayless, the obnoxious person that he is, termed TO the "team obliterator". TO politics (verb) in the locker room, dramatizes foolishly in the media, and then performs mediocre on the field. He'll probably have a good first/last year in Buffalo but Buffalo won't make the playoffs; they'll just have a year of stress with TO.
