I JUST BOUGHT NEW PC A FEW WEEKS AGO, I JUST REALLY WANT TO INSTALL A NEW FAN AND HEATSINK, I WAS ALSO TOLD I WOULD NEED TO PUT IN MEMORY COOLERS, NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MEMORY COOLERS ARE BUT I GUESS I'LL GIVE IT A TRY. HERE'S A LINK TO THE COMP I BOUGHT - http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/HP-Pavilion-Media-Center-Desktop-PC-A1310N-/sem/rpsm/oid/141808/catOid/-12962/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do

IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT FANS, HEAT SINKS AND MEMORY COOLERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THIS COMP IT WOULD BE GREAT IF U COULD HELP, THANKS
FELIX A.

The HP should have a heat sink and fan already on it or your PC would have been toast as soon as you supplied power for 5 minutes or less

Now if you want an extra fan it depends on what the chassiy has and I will have to look up the specs and pull the white sheets from HP to see what type of extra fan you ports on the mother board it has or if you will need to use one of the fans that go in the PCI slot areas

Plus looking at the PC you have intergrated shared Video Card Memory which means it will run like crap because it is stealing ram to run your Video Card which means it is not going to get that hot and I doubt you need any the extra stuff

Adding memory coolers may or may not help if you want here is a link as to what they are

You dont need to do any of that, you can if you wish but none of that is neccesary. You can add additional case fans if it has space for them on the chassis. As far as the heatsink and fan, Kangaroo is right your pc would have been toast within a coupla minutes or so if you had no heatsink. That is something you can upgrade to a higher quality one if you wish. But also look at your warrenty doing anything to the heatsink will likely void your warrenty.

As far as the memeory heatspreaders, you wont have any need for those unless you are REALLY push the system. Most people don't really need memory heat spreaders.
