I need some advice for Monday,

I am going to the game with 2 Eagles fans and 2 Patriots fans, we have box seats so we will not be with the worst Eagles fans but we will still be surrounded by them.

Do you guys suggest I keep it cool and wear my Roy jersey under a Sweatshirt or should I just go to the game wearing it and risk it?

I mean i would LOVE to wear the jersey but I know that I would be cussed at and have beer thrown on me so I dont know what i should do.

Thanks

Id be good if you did.

But if I were @ a dallas home game and I saw a Philly jersey id probably have some things to say, so expect it

I once saw a fan wearing a barry sanders jersey at an eagles lions playoff game get a port a potty turned over while he was in it.......door down.... now this was many years ago, but the south philly trash is still the same. Monday night games are dangerous. The idiots have had all day to get drunk before going to the game. Then 610 WIP always has the "Cowboys Suck" rallies.

Dude, play it safe. Your health isnt worth a game.

Man i wish i was going.
Any extra Tickets?

Cell phones and 911. Great inventions.

I see no reason why not. Tell them you're an off duty Police Officer or something.

I have a friend who bought fans around him drinks.

If you have a sens eof humor you usually will be left alone. It's the smug fans who are going to be targeted.

good advice... no extra tickets though..

I heard from a friend that they were at a Eagles/Cowboys game a few years back and they were tailgating.

They saw A father and a son in cowboys jerseys and the people around them said that the father had to throw his son into the barrels of fire that were keeping them warm. They were as serious as all get out. that is how bad the Eagles fans are.

They take it to the next level, they dont just verbally abuse you, sometimes they physically abuse you. I think they are the only fans in the league who do that.

With 4 other guys, no problem, wear the jersey.

With a g/f or wife, no way.

A little beer never hurt anyone.
My Dad got covered with beer in San Fran for the Championship game years ago and it is his greatest memory, ROFL.

There's a story there somewhere.

yea, my thinking is that if the Cowboys are blowing the Eagles out then I will get it worse since the fans will me pissed off like none other, and if the Eagles are blowing Dallas out then they will be in good moods

My Brother-in-law and I went to a Jets/Dolphins game last year as he's a dolphins fan.

During the tailgating before the game, some little rat snuck up on him a lit his jersey on fire. It went out quickly, and didn't injure him at all.

We caught the guy and my bro-in law broke his nose.

But his Jersey was still ruined. Hole about the size of a grapefruit.

I'd have done more than break his nose. What a punk.

Very Bad advice. haha.

That will work until the emotions take over and you start cheering for your team.

Just get a Dallas helmet to go with your Dallas jersey.

Then you'll be straight.

It's funny because I go to Fed Ex Field when the Boys play and I wear my jersey and always feel as safe as if I was in Texas Stadium. Like 40% of the stadium is in Dallas blue during those games. It's great.
