I like the success that his teams have experienced under him. This at least sounds like a great hire. I am a little bit concerned that he may not have enough experience clapping his hands though. It is a lot more relevant than a db getting his head around and looking for the ball. You can't get the cart before the horse! Why wasn't this hand clapping competency issue been fully explored prior to the hire???

Greg Jackson and Byron Jones are about to become best friends. This guy has the sort of pedigree we needed to add. My guess is he is looking for a fast track to DC position. This could be a great spot for him to do just that.
