If the Broncos were smart, they would trade for Romo. I keep thinking he ends up in Houston.

Garoppolo will go the highest bidder between the Browns and the Bears (Patriots win again).

Cutler will be a Jet.

I keep coming back to the Chiefs for him. I think that's where I'd go if they came calling. He and Andy Reid seem like a natural fit, and that team's really close. It's in the AFC, which means he'd have a shot at playing DAL in a Superbowl if everything broke perfectly. And he avoids the obvious crap he'd get going to DEN and trying to do what Manning did on a team that's not as likely to get it done. Plus, the Chiefs are a rival to DEN, so it builds in a bit of intrigue there. The only real downside is that Alex Smith is just good enough and potentially healthier, so if they pass on Smith in favor of Romo and Romo gets hurt, the Chiefs could look a little foolish.

Great googily-moogily. It's going to be interesting seeing where he ends up.

If Tony goes to Houston...he will get killed behind that line. Thats the biggest problem Osweiler has...no protection. I think Tony is too smart for that. Great defense...great GM...but the OL needs a serious upgrade. Not Romo friendly...at his stage of the game!

I think there's a real chance the Pats end up with the 12th overall pick in the draft from Cleveland.
Cleveland gets there pass rusher and QB in the 1st round.
Many would say Garoppolo is better than any QB in this draft.

yeah, I could see Cutler with the Jets...or maybe SF.

CLE was really smart last year in how they handled the accumulation of picks. I liked Garoppolo a lot coming out, and other than the risk required to sign him to his second contract, he's a decent risk on the open market. If they end up with Garrett and Garoppolo at those two positions, with most of their extra picks in-tact, they've done pretty well.

Seems like he'd be ideal for the offense Kyle Shanahan wants to run, but I have no idea what the dynamic was between Cutler and Mike Shanahan was when they were in Denver together.

agree, but of the teams folks think he is going to...they all have crappy OL's. Denver's is probably worse than Houston.

ESPN's end of year rankings had Houston as the 7th best oline in the league. Denver was 21st.

the rankings look kind of odd though

PFF had Houston 18th and Denver 24th

not generally a big fan of PFF, but these rankings look better overall.

They get a healthy Duane Brown and Nick Martin back, plus Xaier Su'a-Filo. A lot of mocks have them taking my guy Garret Bolles in the 1st. That's 4/5th of a very solid offensive line. They have solid targets at WR and Lamar Miller at RB, plus that defense. They become a serious challenger to New England if they upgrade to Romo.

would not have thought that about Houston with ESPN rankings. Plus side for them is they get Nick Martin back at center this year. He has a chance to be really good.

Of course, logic would say if the OL is, in fact, upgraded the younger, stronger Osweiler would "probably" be the better risk...everything considered. I mean with all the guaranteed money already tied up in Osweiler.

Nice to see that Dallas is still 6 to 1. We can only hope.

Houston will be getting some good talent healthy on the OL. If they take a top T even better. If those dudes don't get injured they have a legit top 10 line.

Their defense will probably take a step up with WJIII getting healthy too, once they resign Bouye. With a ton of TE/safeties in the draft, they'll probably upgrade there too.

They'd be one of the favorites in the AFC with a healthy Romo and OL. If Watt comes back, that team would be a SB contender instantly with Tony.

This looks like 2 weeks ago... this morning according to RJ Bell, Texans were 2 to 1
