I really don't think it will make much of a difference unless it is late in a close game.

TO, Smith, Johnson, etc will do what they want and kick the PAT 15 yards further out.

the officials are now going to crack down on the horse collar tackle. roy was getting away with his semi-horse collar tackle last season, because he would grab the back of the jersey instead of the shoulder pads then bring the ballcarrier down. can't do that no more.

I'm against the new rule changes penalizing players, because I'm one of those immature grown-ups that enjoys the celebrations, but Steve Smith's celebrations are just plain corny and dumb to me. The playboy centerfold celebration was rather, for political correctness sake, "alternative lifestyle" like and the row boat celebration was just lame. I hope he gets flagged first!
