I just watched the replay of this on Game Rewind and right after the incident they are on the sidelines talking about assignments and nothing is wrong. 1st quarter and Newman played the rest of the game.

It was unfortunate, but they were right back to work within minutes.

Newman should get suspended by the team for that. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen by a player on this team.

He should actually be cut for that. Suspension would be getting off lite. Thug behavior like that is not professional at all. Its a shame so many are of the hood age where that crap is not only condoned, but seemingly excused by people who should demand a higher standard of conduct out of our players.

He shoved him but I saw Campo's hands on him first which I don't understand. Campo could have handled that better too.

Not sure if this was on the tv broadcast because it was a tv timeout, but NEWMAN Was in the special teams huddle late in the 4th qtr before a punt jumping up and down and slapping the guys to get up and get going......

this team does not lack fire or passion. that is completely bogus on your part. Try attending a game, you can see the whole team is into it at all times.

The entire team and staff was on the sidelines jumping up and down and waving towels and getting the fans to scream on that last drive. Even jerry was impersonating the cowboys seagull bobby carpenter and asking for the fans.

So it's the players making all the noise? Not the fans.

Um, coaches are allowed to do that. Newman may make a ****load of money, but he and Campo are not equals. How many times did Ditka yank a guy by his facemask in order to make a point? A hundred? More? Did they ever shove back? Not on your life. If only Dave were so lucky.

Just a random thought: Campo was 5-1 against the skins as our head coach. We should make him HC just for the games we play the Commanders.
