next weekends games are a yawnfest???

Can you believe the NFC will serve you up the Bears vs Panthers and Seattle and the Commanders.....those are games only true diehard DirecTV dish owners would watch....yuck!!!

just gives me more reason to think you only are a year away in today's NFL!!!

And someone out of this group has to represent in the Super Bowl.....pathetic!!!

I'm rooting for the Bears for the SuperBowl so i'll be watching that game and then I want to see the Commanders get embarrassed next week like the Giants did today so i'll watch that game as well. AFC games should be great too

I could see the bears/carolina game being a defensive battle. carolina showed some great stuff against hte giants today, and now that dan morgan is back, the panthers defense is even stronger. that should ne an interesting game imo

I think I am the only guy on the board that loves 10-3 Football games. I loved when teams like the Bucs and the Ravens were competing for a title.

I enjoyed watching the Commanders, Steelers, and Panthers defense fly around the ball and make QB ratings sink.

I hate 1,000,000 - 99,999,99 Shootouts...

Just not a compelling weekend of football. 4 lousy games for the most part.

BTW, my daugher is down at Ft. Sam Houston. She starts her medic training on Wednesday.

She's happy, yesterday they told her she could have her "electronics" (cell, laptop, portable dvd). So we have to get that all shipped down to her.

However, I think the Skins-bucs game was pretty good. The rest were sucky. I was disappointed in the Pitt-Cincy game. It had the most potential. But when Palmer went down, the potential for a good game dropped by a good 50%.

Like I said if there is one or 2 more defense dominated game. The NFL will make sure to make new rules against the defenses to give us Arena Football.

One I predict coming is a 5 yard penalty for any DB being closer then 5 yards to a WR. That should give you the scoring you like.

I am looking forward to some good well played well coached close games next week. Panthers/Bears should qualify in that regard as should the Patriots/Broncos games. I believe and hope that the Colts will annihilate the Cheap Shot Steelers.
