Boy, does the 'Z' by Dallas Cowboys indicating 'Clinched the division' look good, after ten years! Hopefully next weekend, with a win and a Packers' loss, we can get the (*) by our names, which indicates fist round bye and home field advantage throughout!!

It looks great. I doubt the Packers lose any of their 3 remaining games so Cowboys have to depend on themselves. Beating the Eagles will give us a bye in the playoffs; beating the Panthers give us the #1 seed and home field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Yeah would be nice to have them lose but we should beat the Eagles. The Panthers have already given up.

Win the next two then tank the game in Washington.

I really hope Romo isn't just another Delhomme

I don't think he is, it's just a fear that's sitting in the back of my head for some crazy reason

I don't see it. Delhomme never put numbers like what Romo is putting up. In Delhomme's Super Bowl year, I swear that guy would throw it up for grabs a lot and his receivers would come down with it.

Now, I'm sure that's not all he did and he played well that year, but it sure seemed like he did a lot of chucking and ducking.

If the Cowboys have clinched a first round bye and home field advantage throughout the playoffs, then there's no reason in the world to hold starters out of the Washington game... indeed, it might be argued that it could be a BAD thing to do that, it could give the starters too much time off, cause them to lose their edge...

This is especially true if the Skins still have any playoff hopes whatsoever (which I kinda doubt, to be honest)... in that situation, the Boys would owe it to the NFL to give their best effort...

it needs to be a seahawks loss for 1st week bye and a cowboys win and a packers loss to be the #1 team in the NFC

True! But a win by the 'Boys and Seattle is irrelevant. Then we can only end up with 3 losses at the most, while the 'Hawks already have 4!

I think the Packers may lose to the Bears again in 2 weeks. It is at Chicago. They should handle the Rams away and Lions at home.
