The Giants still ran the ball effectively even with Burress gone. Their OL makes it work, not the threat of the pass.
I'm not taking away from Hakeen's natural talent, but he is a rookie! Rookies will undoubtedly make rookie mistakes. If He's good, he'll make fewer mistakes. But Eli is not going to crown this guy "go-to" simply because he was good in college. Coupled with the fact that he's got to learn a brand spanking new playbook/system on top of everything else.
He's more pro ready than Maclin, but I didn't notice that stopping you from ranking the Eagle WRs higher.
