Eagles running back Darren Sproles will be the featured back against the Bills on Sunday amid theDeMarco Murray turmoil, sources told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport. Earlier in the week, theEagles even considered benching Murray for the game, Rapoport reported, but Murray is active for Sunday's tilt.

"The Eagles are weighing all options when it comes to their running back rotation today, even benching DeMarco Murray," Rapoport said on NFL Network's GameDay First on Sunday. Rapoport added there's a chance Murray would be fourth on the Eagles' running back depth chart if he were active.

"As for his talk with Jeffrey Lurie, my understanding is he didn't approach Chip Kelly for the same talk because he didn't think Chip was as approachable ... which, of course, represents a bigger problem," Rapoport said. "Murray has not made a ton of friends in the Eagles' locker room, this rubs some people the wrong way, especially this week. So it's worth considering what role he will have going forward."

He was always a selfish player who would complain when he believed he wasn't getting the ball enough.

When he was a member of the Dallas Cowboys it was called passionate leadership.

As an Eagle, he's a cancer.

He's not a cancer. He wanted to be in Dallas BAD. He just needed a respectable offer from the Cowboys. I can't believe people actually believe he wanted to go to Philly. Philly and Murray's personality is oil and water. He wanted to finish his career here but he's also a man who has a family to take care of and a man who knows his self-worth. He'd be a chump for taking the Cowboys lowball offer considering what some of the clowns on this team are making, including the head coach. Look at it from Murray's position....400+ touches, playing one of the most dangerous positions, yet I'm going to make less than our aging tight end? Child please...

I posted something similar and it gets moved to a different zone.

I know Reality is the owner but I'm the reigning, defending, undisputed likes leader and with that should come the same level of respect. Even some fear.

I went back and pulled the threads you have created in the last month ...

Sean Lee question
Let's say Lee is pretty much done with his career.

Exactly which one of those is your "posted something similar" thread that's related to this NFL.com article saying that Murray will likely be the 4th string today? If you are going to complain about something, at least wait until you have something legitimate to complain about.

As for your comment on LIKEs, I think it is very obvious that I have never cared about LIKEs nor have I cared about posting except when I have something I feel adds something new to a discussion. Granted, I don't have any trigger-words like "Jerry Jones" that cause me to post the required "Jerry sucks!" comments over and over that are huge LIKE magnets.

I don't want him back either. Im glad all this is happening to him. Took the money and bye bye career.
Which is hilarious because Oakland offered him more than Philly and he would fit their scheme perfectly.

I was joking, boss. Don't discipline me in front of the guys. I'll think about what I've done.

I have watched multiple Murray interviews and he described his reasons for wanting to leave and they had nothing to do with the Cowboys' offer. He even said the Cowboys tried to get in touch with him before he left, but once he found out Bradford was traded to the Eagles (and Bradford contacted him and told him to come there) and he talked with Kelly, it was a done deal. He had no desire to stay in Dallas at all unless Dallas paid him way more than he was worth. Trying to act like the big bad mean Cowboys didn't want him does not change the fact that Murray's BFF was an Eagle and Murray wanted to hang with his BFF like he did in college.

Murray has learned what we all learn in life and that is the memories of times past are rarely duplicated in the future no matter how much we want it. Even if Murray comes back in the future, he will not be the same back he was last season and the fans will never think of it him like they did last season. He moved on, got his money (I would have done the same thing by the way), and now he's focused on the future and so should the Cowboys.
