Are you really blaming him for taking the money though? Who wouldn't take the money if they were in the same position? Football doesn't last forever, and running backs especially have to go for the cash if it's offered. Philly offered it and we didn't. I don't blame Murray at all.

I agree but Witten shouldn't be on this list. He was our entire passing game today. I don't think Witten can ever be considered overpaid. Everyone else on the list very much stunk it ip today.

Well he is still good, but maybe not worth 8 mil, and if he is would not murray have been worth what they are paying witten in his past prime years??
That wasnt meant to be a slight against witten.
I think other teams would sign him if a FA, but I doubt they would pay 8 mil a year.
But my point was murray was worth the 8 mil, or more than they offered in G money also, and had we had murray this season
would have played out differently, and Romo would not have got hurt in philly game.
They would have run the offense differently with murray, and when he left they had to change the offense to make up for new
rb's and they wound up passing more.
The whole course of events would have been different had they signed murray.
