I thought 9/3 would be the last day for the NFL Channel. Did they reach an agreement? I woke up this Labor Day morning and it's still on.

I know the NFL Channel won a court agreement to have it delayed 30 days (it may have been 60) because TW did not give the required amount of time and notice to it's customer by law.

Yeah, I know about the agreement, but it was just for 30 days.

i heard something in passing on the radio that I wasn't even paying attention too last week about a new contract

They came to an agreement to let it stay on until the 15th of Sept. All the calls they received from the fans helped they say. So keep calling I will lose my mind if they drop the channel.
