Out of curiosity, what sort of route was Crayton running that you think he stopped short on?

Not this again....

Every time it comes up, my friend. It's a personal affront to me that some of our fans won't accept the obvious when it comes into conflict with what they want to believe.

But is it really that much to ask? If they say he quit on the route, what sort of route was he running that starts as a seven, hitches at the top of the original route, and then converts to a nine seconds after the play should, by all rights, have been over.

I guess Romo's jitters made Crayton stop short on that route against the Giants. I should have known.

That was the most boring chat ever

Crayton admitted he read the play wrong and should have continued his route, not sure what the argument is about.

Way to go into detail there Dukes, worthless comments.

Not in any interview I ever heard. You have a link?

He ran the route, and he ran it right. He admitted that he was surprised that the CB didn't jump the top of the 7 route and that he hesitated for a second while he decided what he should do on the adlib.

Well, at the end of the day, he missed his chance to be the modern day Dwight Clark. It would have been the modern day version of "The Catch" and it would be haunting Giants fans to this day. We can dispute why he wasn't there for days, but the fact is, had he been where Romo was expecting him to be......what a great play that would have been.

That much is definitely true, if Crayton didn't muff that catch, too.

:)
