We're getting left out in the cold.
There are so many decisions the NFL makes that completely ignore what fans want.
Free agency is terrible for the quality of play that the NFL produces. Parity has brought the league down. Without powerhouses, upsets are meaningless.
Fans shouldn't have to put up with the roster changing so fast they can't even get a jersey that will last more than a few years.
The NFL has input from the fans by TV ratings, ticket sales, and merchandise, but we are not organized enough to make any statement whatsoever.
There's a saying, "accept the things I cannot change" That philosophy is the reason that we as fans are looking at a season of parity and that's why Dallas fans have to face this t.o. garbage. Why can't we just watch a season without him?
The answer is that we are too fragmented, so that fans know their personal opinions have no real chance of making a difference, so they continue to accept whatever the NFL feeds them.
I know that my personal opinions on the NFL don't sit well with a lot of you, but I'm telling you, as long as fans don't have a voice, they will continue to get fed the junk they're getting fed now. It will get worse.
NFL fans pay the way of the owners, players and the whole show, yet they don't have a unified voice. We should have one.
