NFL: Injuries: Zeke (ribs) won't be held out

Ezekiel Elliott popped up on the Dallas Cowboys' injury report Wednesday, but the issue shouldn't hinder the running back.

Elliott is dealing with bruised ribs after taking a hit in Sunday's loss to the Rams but is fine, coach Jason Garrett told reporters Thursday, via NFL Network's Jane Slater.

With the way this defense has played against far lesser QBs....we're probably not winning anyway. Rodgers is going to absolutely carve this defense up.

It'll be really ugly I'd imagine.

It's just the injury report. If a player gets a hangnail they get listed. Zeke fully practiced and will be good to go. T. Smith I'm worried about.

And yet some will say how tough Ty Montgomery is for playing with a broken rib or what ever it is. But shut down Zeke fore a few bruises....gotcha ya.
He has 2 weeks to heal after this game, add some extra padding, he can take it.

Correct. The defense was the group being used, I mean abused, in the 2nd half. I can recall only 3 series for the offense in the 2nd half. LOL

There is no admission of guilt by court's only conviction by the NFL. He appealed and lost. I can see if Zeke has endorsements or been this nice clean brother. But let's face it this guy is a party animal, involved in a bar fight and expose a female breast. This guy has already tarnish his image. There was a piece done where JJ talk about this guy leaving money on the table. Companies would rather go to Dak. Zeke just don't want to loose 6 game checks.

Ouch... bruised rib is such a pesky injury that you feel with every breath. I can definitely see him playing with it. It's going to hurt anyway so he'll just get a shot of pain killer and give it a go. Maybe Morris will get the ball more now.

I don't think this loss will kill us but those injuries are stacking up. I have this team going 10-6 Super Bowl if they can get stuff together.

Yeah, that's not happening............reality is that a loss to the Packers and we probably don't make playoffs. Just being realistic.
