see insecure!!!... do people in Dallas which has literally 50 times as many people have to wait 40 years to get tickets, son?

I have no idea. I do know, however - that Packers fans don't.

http://www.packers.com/fan_zone/faq/

How long is the waiting list for season tickets? How do I sign up? The season ticket waiting list has more than 57,000 names. The Packers tell fans adding their names that the average wait is 30 years.

Embellishment is fun, I guess. 30 would probably have been just as impressive. I dunno.

yeah 1973 was a very materialistic time and maybe the cowboys do represent america but i'm more optimistic than that. maybe George Bush represents america too, but I am hopeful that everyone in this country isn't ignorant and greedy.

ENVY! ha, your team has sucked for the last 10 years we won some conference championships and were at least in the mix. Go ahead and keep telling yourselves how great u are.

Mmmmm.....I love the smell of nonsense babble in the afternoon. We have a Political Zone if you're looking for a George Bush scrum, though. Enjoy!

well I see the trolls are beginning to wander off the reservation.

The cowboys withhold tickets because of the amount of people that travel from all over the world to see them in Person in Dallas.

They could sell out the season tickets but they dont make them available, except for 08 they allowed all seats to be sold and next years season is sold out. That is why you see alot of out of town fans in the endzone opposite the players tunnel and in the upper endzones on that side, those are sold as individual tickets every year. I imagine there will be a good number of packers fans there thursday, in those sections.....oh and that will be to the left of the tv viewing angle.

oh and Dear packers troll I am a season ticket holder and I am there every game so dont start with your Dallas fans dont support the team or whatever stereotype you have. There were people from australia sitting near us last sunday against the Commanders!

You may sell more t-shirts and have flashy cheerleaders but no one outside of the texas area could care less about your team.
Wow. You haven't exactly been refusing Mensa's phone calls, have you?

Most ignorant statement of all time. :lmao2:

Quite Possibly.

Especially since I bet at least 75% of this board could not find Green Bay on a map of wisconsin but I bet they could all find texas Stadium on A us map....

Everyone remain calm.
The Dallas Cowboys are not America's Team.
Their focus on sexuality and materialism will not play well in the United States.
Only people in Texas will care about the Cowboys.
The Green Bay Packers won a Conference Championship a decade ago.
It's pronounced Farrrrrve.

My, the cheesehead trolls are rolling in slowly but surely, huh? I just hope "tricks" isn't representative of typical Pack fans because it'll truly make me question their level of intelligence! :laugh2:

I find these threads very interesting.

First off, I don't see Green Bay winning this game. I could be wrong, as the Eagles came in and just about beat us. We were lucky to get a win. But I do not see it.

America's team. A real simple statement, who cares?? Pat fans, Cleveland fans, Tampa fans. No. Any fan, no. This is just so over the top dumb it is hard not to laugh.

What happens is there are people that hold to the past. And as they "pass on" then the concept goes away. But the clear and simple truth is, Dallas fans have rarely supported their team. I have lived in Dallas twice and I could go to any game I wanted to.

Try to get a Giant ticket, a Pat ticket, a Commanders ticket. Oh, or a Green Bay ticket -- really not.

But all this does not mean a thing. You are a fan of your team. Period.

Oh and the Packer fans own their team. I am pretty sure that is the only team that holds that distinction. Wisconsin, I have only been there once (quite enough), but I know for sure the Packers are very important to the area. To be a season ticket holder in that area is like owning gold.

....And one more note, I think the old man will hold up just fine. Are you seriously trying to say that BRETT (greatest qb ever) FAVRE isn't durable enough!!! Ignorant!!! I would worry more about your Burlington WI native "Favre Lite" than us. I mean Favre is a fossil and carrying a no name team to 10-1 on his shoulders and has carried them with NO SUPPORT to respectable seasons every year except one since the superbowls we went to or since he stepped in to the lineup for that matter. What has Dallas been doing??? If u win this game its only because like 5 of our D starters are questionable for the game including our shut down corner. Our D is better our passing game is better despite lack of any "big name recievers" and our run game .... well no one is perfect. But this is a "must win for u" because we all know that there is no chance in hell the Cowboys will beat the Packers at Lambeau in January.

PS whatever ur name is flying the Harley banner, where u think those Harleys are made, good ol Wisco

RESPECT!!!

Wait. I thought the cheese was supposed to go outside the head, like a hat. Not inside, like a brain.

Of course, what else is there to do in Green Bay?! With the Fudgies being their only source of entertainment (besides cowtipping, cheese tasting tournaments, etc) it's only fitting that they're the hottest ticket in town.

That doesn't surprise me that most of you cant locate Wisconsin on a map. You southerners aren't known for your intellect.

I am working on a PhD in Polymer Chemistry what do you do for a living? I am studying quantum mechanics while I type this, do you even know what that is? Called ignorant by a Texan......OUCH!

Pats Fan...Everyone hates ur team anyway so I can understand ur response.

And choc it's funny u say that cause i actually am a member of that organization (it's really nothing too special, though) they sent me a letter cause my ACT score was 32 and you only need like a 29 or 30 to automatically qualify so i joined...not for the resume, but for the chics

And the packers website is inaccurate, 30 is what they were telling people 5 years ago, it's estimated at 40 now. My dad works for the organization and that is what he just told me. People actually pass them down in their wills!! Does it really matter? YOU ARENT EVEN SOLD OUT!!!! Im sorry I didnt realize it was that bad. I mean don't get too down you ONLY have more than 50 times more people than Green Bay. And people come from all over the world to our games too except there is NOTHING ELSE TO DO so that takes real commitment. Check out the packers website they have a special section for that. I go to school in Berkley now so go ahead and make all the comments you want about Green Bay being small, I KNOW! That is what is so cool about the Packers. And u forgot ice fishing, snowmobile riding, hunting, leading the country in consumption of beer and spirits per capita. But since there isn't that much to do we actually read from time to time.

I have to go now cause I have a life. But that felt good....thanks. And sorry about the GW quip, but I couldn't resist.

see insecure!!!... i saw nothing in that article but insecure texans all worked up over anyone daring to suggest that Texas isn't as great as they tell themselves. that producer (who is from texas) gave them the name and the fans jumped all over it but really u are kidding urselves when u think anyone besides texans really care about the cowboys or texas for that matter. Irrelevant!!! Look how defensive u all get when people have the nerve to point out that most people hate the texans, er Cowboys who aren't fans. People who are fans of other teams still love and respect the packers.

Is it a southern thing? Are you all still insecure about getting ur ***** handed to you in the civil war? Cause none of us really care anymore but y'all like to dress up and run around and pretend you won to this day. Fly those confederate flags at the game Sunday!!! Southern pride? Ha!

And it has really been tough being able to see the Greatest Quarterback Ever do his thing (by himself practically) every sunday these past years. Go ahead and keep telling yourselves how great u are. AND KEEP SELLING THOSE T SHIRTS CAUSE THAT IS REALLY WHAT DETERMiNES WHO IS AMERiCAS TEAM UR RIGHT!
Well if i didn't know it before, reading this really does prove that some SLACKER FANS really do ENVY AMERICAS TEAM.To go on and on trying to prove your point to AMERICAS FANS,that could care less about your team and its 200 year waiting list and could care even less about the P----S ENVY MORON THAT YOU ARE.Go back to SLACKER LAND TROLL.:a-team:

There are many college courses for which intelligence is not a prerequisite.

You just broke the meter for measuring unintentional comedy.

So we should believe you, and your dad, instead of the Packers website. Maybe he should tell them to update their site - if they can afford it, or even know what the internet is in Wisconsin.

I WAS trying to be funny punk. And you are correct there are many college courses and even many college majors which don't require intellect but polymer chemistry certainly isn't one of them. Quantum physics is the field Einstein helped pioneer (even though he didn't agree with it) and it is also not for the dim-witted. It is tough to score a 32 on your ACT and not be intelligent. I also scored in the top 1 percent of college students on my BASE test.

And did you read Pat fans post? He has been to Lambeau way out in the middle of nowhere in WISCO. Why cause the Packers are the most famous franchise in the league.

Pats fan we'll see you in the bowl and redo that 96 superbowl. How did that one turn out for you. Bledsoe was the young gun in that one and FAVRE was already a veteran. What ever happened to that loser anyway?

But dallas does have decent cheerleaders (not the best anymore either) and you should all be very proud of them. You can all do your leg kicks and such during the timeouts with your famous cheerleaders so you don't have to pay attention to the actual football.
