NFL network top 100

I don't really care for foolishness from grown men. Most of us are over 18 here. For me, I'm just glad they have ways to prevent looking at his fatuous posts.
It's sarcasm. And people over 18 employ it and generously,I might add. It's a huge component of comedy. And, quite frankly, it can be refreshing if you know how to interpret it, and if your life isn't spent walking around with a stick up your butt. ;)

Romo wins the passing title on a 13-3 team, throws 34 TD's and the best he can get is 34 on the top 100

Dak throws 23 TD's and debuts at 14? Awesome, but really? I can only see him going down from this point. :)

It's the fact that he did it AS A ROOKIE.. that's really impressive. Did Romo win the passing title in 2007? That's the only year he went 13-3. Dak was super consistent and poised. Awesome how you left out the INT stats which I'm sure was a huge factor. Hard to argue with the players who are responsible for 100% of the voting.

I think the players understand how difficult it is for a rookie quarterback to do so well, despite having a great offensive line.
I think that's why they voted Dak in the spot they did. No disrespect to Aaron Donald, but what Dak did last year is more impressive than what Donald did last year.

Same here. And when you hear guys like Norman even admit, "this young rook gonna be pretty good", it makes it even sweeter.

To the guy who made the remark about the "checkdown" play sometimes those are so key. I love the insight with some of the play breakdowns. The show is really well done. Norman let's you know PRECISELY that he was setting up Dak and baiting him on a Witten hook coming off his defender... he said that Dak identified Norman early in the play... came off to a check down on the reverse side for a first down. Small innocuous play but these are the small things that lead to victory and explain Dak's intelligence. Extrapolate these small wins over the course of a game and a season and you can see why we were successful. Some will use our supporting cast as an explanation for our success but 13-3 isn't an accident. Dak obviously had a lot to do with it.

I try not to walk around with a stick up my butt, not comfortable.:)

He's not being a troll. He's having fun. I can't understand a grown man being so bothered by a person employing sarcasm.

Who's so bothered?
Trolls have fun trolling. Being a troll and having fun are not mutually exclusive.
Sometimes things just get old.

Could somebody tweet Prescott and tell him what a joke it is that he's ranked a top 15 player in the league? He blocked me last year. Just tell him he sucks and we all hate he's our QB.
I know you love likes and normally I try to give you one... however i can't like this post because I can't be associated with your Dak hate... but this is REALLY funny.

Very subtle, which I appreciate.

Sorry, you're right, 12-4. Romo was 34-9int. Picks not really a factor. Dak deserves to be recognized for what he did. But 14 is kinda high.

The YouTube comments on that Dak video are funny.

"Most overrated QB in the history of the NFL."

I can't even begin to understand how a player that has played ONE season, a season he broke several rookie QB records, is the MOST overrated QB ever.

Objectively it is kinda high. Hard not to be a homer and like it though. Clearly there are a few QB's he's ahead of that are more accomplished like Brees/Big Ben... but we're projecting into 2017. At least we can say it's the players and not us homers who voted. As far as Romo's stellar 2014 campaign. The only hole that I can find is that he was banged up for a game or two and we got thumped by Philly at home on thanksgiving whereas Dak played every game, only threw 4 int's and his only two losses were squakers to the gmen.

I think what's being missed is the fact Dak did this as a rookie QB. He began his journey turning heads in the very first preseason start and it skyrocketed thereafter.

I was surprised by how high he was, but good for him. He had the best rookie season ever. When you factor in how heavily scrutinized he was all season (maybe more than any other QB, besides maybe Brady and Rogers) and the quarterback controversy pressure, what he accomplished was truly amazing.

Edit: The best thing about his segment was Witten yelling in a game that no one has an answer for #4. :starspin:
