Players probably wouldn't be elegible to play until next week. But there has to be an agreement before anything is passed. I saw that big IF word in there so anything could delay this.
Nope, they would be immediately released from suspension. You can't take a guy's check away if the policy has changed and he's no longer in violation.

Technically, yes, but I don't think they're voting until tonight. You could see Welker, Scandrick, and others released from suspension. I think their are 20 players that have a chance to be.
I can't think of any players on either team that are suspended tonight. I agree with the sentiment though, with a game already played at the time of the vote, they may vote for reinstatement till after week 2. I don't know if there is a policy in place or if this is something decided as part of what they're voting on though. I guess its something that could be bargained.
