I am not sure how to start a petition to the NFL officials, but thought this would be a good ideal. Your opinions and thoughts, so fire away.

NFL Officiating

To: National Football League
To the Dallas Cowboys fans and other fans that are fed up with the poor officiating in the NFL. It’s time for us fans to stand up, be counted and let the NFL know how we feel. We want results not apologizes, but discipline on NFL officials in some form or fashion.

The following is a petition regarding the National Football League and its refereeing.

The goal of this is to collect an outstanding number of people that agree with this, and then send it to the league offices. Those who will receive this statement include Mike Pereira, VP of NFL Officiating, and Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the National Football League.

By signing your name online, you agree to the following:

1. Poor judgment by NFL game officials, regarding throwing penalty flags, not throwing flags on obvious holding calls, interference in endzone on a defensive player, helmet to helmet hit on tony romo, and other numerous blown calls.
2. No more apologizes from the NFL, we want action on refs.

I hereby agree by signing this document that the NFL and its officiating crew, along with the head officials in league offices are ruining the National Football League. This doesn't specifically pertain to ruining the game for its players, but most importantly, its fans.

Sincerely,
Joe Cates
Alas CowboyJoe

Here are some things you might not have known.
The NFL sent 3 letters to the Steelers admitting to that team, that the refs blew calls in 3 games. The NFL also admitted in one game, that they blew calls 9 times in one game. There are other numerous blown calls that I can call your attention to the NFL officiating.

Today wasnt even half as bad as some of the crap Ive seen in the NFL this season. You only care when it hurts the Cowboys.

The home team always gets the calls and especially against us. It's garbage. These officials need to grow some balls. It's RIDICULOUS.

Why does that matter? We got screwed horribly today by the refs, and the call on Felix Jones effectively won the game for Green Bay when it should have been our ball in a still very winnable game.

Its logical to appeal/protest when you get unfairly screwed over.

There was one very poor call that cost us a turnover and touchdown. I did not like the bad call and no review on it but the fact is we lost because we were outplayed. You cant blame the refs for this one.

Oh, today was pretty bad if you ask me. And, yeah it does hurt because it's the Cowboys.

I didn't have a problem with the officiating today. It was bad but i've seen worse. My concerns are with the fact the officials had no clue on what the hell was going on. And that Felix challenge is still mind boggling to me. McCarthy was allowed to stop play. Sort of like a timeout by challenging a call and he had NO CHALLENGES. No consequences at all.

What game were you watching?
Did you see all the holding that the green bay packers did on our defensive line and half the calls werent called/

Did you see the helmet to helmet hit on tony romo and a ref was standing right there? Even Joe Buck and Troy Aikman said so.

Did you see the illegal grab on Austin in the endzone after 5 yards?

Did you see the head coach of the packers throw a challenge flag and he didnt have any more challenge flags? that in NFL rules is a penalty.

Did you see felix jones on the ball when romo fumbled. I will give the refs the not knowing if felix had the ball totally when he was on top of the ball. But when the defender rolled felix over onto his back, you could plainly see felix have the ball in both hands and the defender rip the ball out of his hands after a full second.?

Where were you on all of these bad calls?

I'm not signing anything like this, this is stupid reminds me of Gibbs sending tapes to the league office after ever loss...

Don't be like the Commanders and their fans

The refs didn't cost us this game, as usual with our losses our poor undisciplined play did.

So let's just let them off the hook.

Good luck with that.

Seriously, even if you get 100,000 sigs you think Goodell will even take the time to read it?

These officials travel around alot. Maybe they thought this was a Pittsburgh home game. That's what it looked like.

i agree on the discipline with all of the penalities that we had. No excuse for that, but the poor ref calling and obviously some of the refs not knowing what the heck was going on.

Just like one ref ruled a penalty on newman when one of our defenders was hit out of bounds. Plainly was a green bay packer number 41 that hit a dallas cowboys defender.

also, not sure if u saw it or not, but one of the officials was smiling at the line of scrimmage after he threw a flag on the cowboys and he knew he messed up.

That's not the officials fault. Technically they made the RIGHT CALL on that Felix fumble. I just think its a dumb rule but you can't go back on it during the season.

Maybe we should get a billboard instead.

Haha yeah, Buffalo got a billboard to get Jauron fired and as you can see...that was effective. Heh, don't worry, I read your sarcasm.
