NFL Replay: Dallas at Philadelphia 2008

Riddle me this:

The expressed purpose of NFL Replay is replaying "the week's best games." And, as a general rule, the quality of a game is determined by the tightness and competitiveness of its eventual outcome.

So how is it that the Cowboys' 44-6 blowout loss to the Eagles finds its way onto NFL Replay?

Bingo.. and I'm sure partially because it was basically a playoff game with a playoff spot on the line.

NFL Network is nice during the season, during the offseason it sucks in my opinion. They repeat games way too often.. for a channel designated for the most popular sport in our country, its not all that impressive.

I know they repeat a lot of stuff so people who work can catch it, like Total Access for example. But some of the things they repeat gets really annoying after a while.

Both are valid reasons but I think this was poor taste in choice of games to use to replay.

I know they repeat a lot of stuff so people who work can catch it, like Total Access for example. But some of the things they repeat gets really annoying after a while.

Like the commercials.

And America's Game series.

And the QB Challenge from 1928.

And the top ten lists.

At least they stopped with the cheerleader shows.

However, if I were the Cowboy coach, the FIRST thing I would do at training camp is call a meeting and make the whole team watch this cluster-muck!

Just like an alcoholic sees rock bottom to finally see the light, I would make this team embarrassed to see this disgraceful display of so called football...!

NFL Network's Top 10 List always leaves something to be desired, because the results are weighted towards more recent games.

Second, the Cowboys only have one or two good players, and Romo is not one of them!


And third, the Cowboys have to get past the Commanders, because I think the Commanders win the NFCE this year and go on to the SuperBowl. With the team you have this year...it's only going to get worse for the rest of the NFL.

We know what kind of team yall have tho and so does the critics, that's why yall are picked DEAD LAST in virtually every football publication again this season. We also know what kind of QB yall have too, one that your own frtofc DOESN'T want. They know he sucks too. Heck, the Broncos chose Kyle Orton over your BUM JC. Wow!!!!

Funny thing - we were actually moving the football against them. We were inside the redzone twice and gave up two TDs. Thats a 28 point swing.

One thing that really irrated me was the confused look in Wade's face, not exactly what you'd expect from a head coach in technically a playoff game.
