I never have either. When I called to change my service, got a rude stupid rep, ended up cancelling it. Everythime I called back to get clarification on what I wanted to really do, same thing, got people only trying to get me to sign up for a 2 year deal, they did not want to correct the original issue.
They owed me a refund of $85. took over 6 months and a lot of calls to finally get it.
Eveytime I called, they started to go through the BS sales pitch and give me the run around crap.
I was a customer from 1997 to 2013. I would love to get NFL ST back, but on my terms, as when I first called but ended up cancelling, due to the rep insulting me.
My complaints did not matter.
Standard Directv BS........
I wonder if you live in a market where a team resides makes a difference because for me having no team in the state (Idaho) Directv customer service treat you like scumbags because they know they have you by the balls because you can't go to a game without having to travel 100's of miles. Well...that's my theory anyway.
